When you need it

Chances are you haven’t said this before but get used to it, because as well as the countless things you can already order from your phone, you can now order a bus.

Download the CrossBus app and tell it when you need a bus, and you’ll be told which of your local bus stops to go to (as much as we’d like to offer a door-to-door service), and at what time.

You’ll most likely be sharing the bus with other passengers taking advantage of CrossBus so your journey may not be direct, but think of it as more ‘staring out of the window’ time.

How to use the app

Download our app from the App Store or Google Play and follow the steps.

To download our app, search 'go2 Kent' in your App Store or Google Play.

You'll need to sign up to use go2 for the first time. or, login if you have already created an account.

You'll need to enter some personal and payment information before making your first booking. If you have a concessionary pass, you'll need to call us for help registering on 01732 463964

Enter your pick-up address. You can add locations to a favourites menu!

You may need to walk a short distance to meet your bus. In most cases your bus will come straight to your location!

Choose the ride proposal that best fits your needs. You may be sharing the ride with other passengers.

To help find the right bus, the registration plate and your drivers name is shown. You can track your vehicle progress to your location.

You may need to walk a short distance to meet your bus. In most cases your bus will come straight to your location!

On the bus! Please have your ticket, pass or correct change for the driver, then sit back and enjoy your ride.
